3. Personal data processed by accessing the website
What data is processed and for what purposes
By simply accessing the WEBSITE, LIV COLIFE collects the IP address and other data relating to the connection and its origin. The IP address is a code that identifies the User’s internet connection at a specific time. Only the User’s Internet access provider can identify the subscriber who was assigned an IP address at a particular time. By the very nature of the server that supports the WEBSITE, the User’s IP address is automatically recorded together with the date and time of access. This data is only used to manage the normal use of the WEBSITE and to carry out statistical analyses on the use of the website.
Likewise, data of users who register in any of the forms available on this WEBSITE and data related to cookies may be processed as indicated in point 5 of this document.
The legal basis that legitimises the processing of the IP address is the technological need to enable the provision of the WEBSITE and the legitimate interest to carry out the appropriate control and analysis of access to this WEBSITE, to manage information on the products and services offered through it and to respond to queries, doubts, requests or any other type of request made by the user through any of the communication channels made available to the user.

In the event of being under 14 years of age, users may only access the WEBSITE under the supervision of their parents or guardians, who will be responsible for completing the corresponding forms.
The obligatory data of each form will be identified as such on the form itself. Refusal to provide this information will prevent the service requested by the user from being provided.

Data processing period

It is only applicable to computerised processing carried out with the consent of the User or for the fulfilment of a contract.
Revocation of consent: Allows the User to withdraw the consent that, where applicable, has been given for the processing of his/her data.
These rights require the ability to identify the User requesting them and link their identity with the data processed by LIV COLIFE.
However, LIV COLIFE can not establish this link with any of the data processed by the mere access to the website, unless the User could provide certain documentation that allows identification (for example, a certificate from your Internet access provider indicating the IP address that the User was assigned on a specific date and time).
Users are informed that they may exercise the aforementioned rights before LIV COLIFE, as well as revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data, by post to Valeo Management Spain S.L.U. at Velázquez, 41, Escalera Izquierda, 1ºC; 28001, Madrid, Spain; or by e-mail to email@example.com.
